NWe are hiring a Test Manager for one of the leading banks in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced QA/QE leader with a strong background in Corporate Banking, particularly Cash Management, combined with hands-on exposure to Intellect Design Arena products and a strong understanding of test automation.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA/QE delivery across Corporate Banking transformation programs. N
- Define and execute teststrategy, test planning, estimation, governance, and delivery. N
- Manage Functional, Integration, SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End Testing. N
- Drive automation adoption and ensure maximum test coverage through automation frameworks. N
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and program leadership to ensure successful project delivery. N
- Monitor quality metrics, risks, defects,



and release readiness while providing regular governance updates to senior stakeholders. N
- Lead and mentor QA teams across multiple workstreams in an Agile delivery environment. N

nMandatory Skills &Experience;

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering. N
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Test Manager leading enterprise-scale QA programs. N
- Strong experience in Corporate Banking. N
- Hands-on experience in Cash Management solutions is mandatory. N
- Experience working on Intellect Design Arena Corporate Banking/Cash Management products is mandatory. N
- Strong understanding oftest automation with exposure to automation strategy, framework implementation, and automation-led delivery. N
- Experience managing automation teams using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT, Cypress, or similar. N
