Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities-
NGenerate recent business opportunities for residential, Industrial & Commercial rooftop solar projects.
NIdentify and approach manufacturing industries, factories, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, educational institutes and commercial establishments.
NSchedule client meetings and conduct technical discussions with support from the engineering team.
NUnderstand customers' electricity consumption and identify solar opportunities.
NConduct site visits alongwith technical team whenever required.
NPrepare techno-commercialproposals and present them professionally.
NNegotiate commercial terms and close orders.
NMaintain healthy relationships with existing customers.
NCoordinate with Design, Projects and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
NAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
NMaintain CRM and submit daily sales reports.
NParticipate in exhibitions, networking events and industry associations to generate business.
NBuild long-term relationships with consultants, architects,



electrical contractors and channel partners.
NMandatory Requirements
NMinimum 3 years of experience in Solar EPC Sales (Industrial/Commercial preferred. Residential also can apply).
NCandidates without solar industry experience will not be considered.
NStrong understanding of rooftop solar systems and basic technical concepts.
NExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
NAbility to work independently and achieve sales targets.
NGood networking and relationship-building abilities.
NComfortable with regular client visits and field sales.
NPreferred Qualification
NGraduate in Engineering, Science, Commerce or Management.
NMBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
NKnowledge of Net Metering, Open Access and Industrial Solar projects is preferred.
