NRole Summary
nThe Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business, managing customer relationships, and delivering monthly sales forecasts and budget volumes across an assigned territory. The role requires monthly pan India travel and works within a team supported by technical resources. This is a field based role with direct accountability for revenue and budget performance.
NReporting Line
nReports to immediate manager, with a daily activity report and a weekly report to management.

- Generate new leads through inbound follow up and outbound cold calling, networking, and digital channels. N
- Conduct market researchto identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs. N
- Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand requirements and concerns. N
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and take ownership of achieving assigned budget volumes. N
- Negotiate terms and close deals, handling objections and complaints professionally. N




- Collaborate with technical and internal teams to support customer requirements and resolve issues. N
- Gather customer and market feedback and share it with relevant internal teams. N
- Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM system as a standing requirement, not only for reporting purposes. N
- Undertake pan India travel on a monthly basis to service accounts and prospect new business. N
- Represent product capabilities accurately and work within approved product claims and messaging at all times, particularly for active packaging products. N

nGrowth Path
nOnce the Sales Executive has demonstrated consistent performance against forecast and budget, the role carries the prospect to take on oversight of an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), including target setting, pipeline review, and coaching. This reporting line sits with the Managing Director until that transition is made.
