NRole Overview -
nThis is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building relationships and turning them into revenue. You will work closely with the Partners to strengthen our market presence, generate quality leads, forge strategic partnerships and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
NKey Responsibilities -

- Drive business development and revenue growth across the firm's service lines. N
- Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals,



partnerships and targeted outreach. N
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) and marketing strategies to build brand visibility and generate quality leads. N
- Partner with the digital marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns. N
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships, referral networks and industry relationships. N
- Lead client meetings, scope business requirements and support proposal preparation. N
- Drive commercial discussions and convert qualified opportunities into signed clients. N
- Collaborate with Partners and Service Line Leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities and shape new service offerings. N
- Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities. N
- Contribute to the firm's overall growth strategy and expansion initiatives N
