Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Consultant who can guide prospective students about professional career programs and help them choose the right learning path.
This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career goals, counseling prospects, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Consultation & Sales
- Connect with leads assigned in CRM via calls and WhatsApp
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs
- Explain curriculum, career outcomes, placement support, and program benefits
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Follow-ups & Lead Nurturing
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects
- Share relevant program information, testimonials, and success stories
- Ensure every qualified lead is nurtured effectively
CRM Management
- Update call logs, follow-ups, and lead stages in CRM
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility
Demo & Counseling
- Invite prospects to demo sessions or masterclasses
- Address doubts related to curriculum, placements, and career outcomes
Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain strong conversion rates through effective counseling and closing
Candidate Requirements
- 0–5 years experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, Academic Counselling, or EdTech Sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable interacting with students and working professionals
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Self-driven with disciplined follow-up ability
