- Well aware of Airbus standards, tools, and processes. N
- Hands-on experience with Airbus tools: N
- SAP PCS Modulen
- SRM 3D Ident N

- PASS SSIn
- VPM N
- Understand and perform impact analysis to create content aligned with change requests. N
- Guide and mentor JuniorAuthors and Junior Illustrators. N
- Review work orders completed by Junior Authors to ensure quality and compliance. N
- Develop and deliver knowledge-sharing and training sessions. N
- Train newcomers on technical competency and process adherence. N




- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for rejections and implement preventive actions. N

- Positive experience in SRM ID (IPC) Authoring for Airbus aircraft programs. N
- Strong understanding ofAirbus documentation standards, tools, and publication processes. N
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents. N
- Experience in collecting source data and performing technical analysis. N
- Strong understanding ofengineering change management and impact analysis. N
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality. N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. N
- Experience mentoring team members and supporting process improvement initiatives. N
