- Providing training in curriculum implementation N
- Conducting center visits for operational support N
- Conducting regular Academic audits for the centers N
- Orientation programs for parents and teachers N
- Ensuring high standardsof quality at the centers N
- Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assigned N
- Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centers N
- To maintain centers as per LMEPL norms N

nDesired Skills

- Excellent command over English & Telugu. N
- Should be familiar withthe preschool industry N
- Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantage N
- The candidate should becomfortable with travelling for 15 days in a month N
- Well versed with early childhood curriculum N
