- Proven track record in self lead generation and market acquisition N
- Solid exposure to field sales operations and channel management N
- Established local market network in Hyderabad (DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers preferred) N
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken) is mandatory N

- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals N

- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, agents) N
- Identify and capitalizeon new business opportunities in the prime home loan segment N
- Strengthen market presence and brand visibility through local networking N
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations N
