NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO. This role goes beyond calendar management and administrative coordination. It requires someone who can anticipate needs,



manage multiple priorities, leverage modern productivity and AI tools, and independently drive follow-ups to completion.
NThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, comfortable working with senior leadership, and capable of handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.

- Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritise meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts. N
- Coordinate internal andexternal meetings across multiple time zones. N
- Manage domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, transport and itineraries. N
- Act as the point of coordination for leadership, board members, investors, customers, and partners. N
- Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, presentations, reports and relevant documents. N
