NCommercial ownership of enterprise and regional accounts, focused on growth, retention, and structured new business development. Drives revenue expansion, supports complex multi-country deals, and ensures execution alignment between customer and delivery.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own and grow assigned enterprise/regional accounts N
- Develop and execute structured account plans N
- Generate new business within accounts and new logos N
- Support and lead complex multi-country deal pursuits N
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting discipline in Salesforce N
- Lead or support proposal development and pricing alignment N
- Coordinate with Solutioning, Finance, Legal, and Delivery N
- Manage customer relationships at Manager–Director level N
- Identify risks, upsell,and cross-sell opportunities N
- Ensure adherence to governance, pricing, and contract processes N
