NWe are looking for a Traffic Operator to join our team in New Delhi.
NMain responsibilities
nContract Planning and Execution:

- n
- Follow ups with customer and contract teams for contract signatures / Filing / updating of contracts in timely manner. N
- Co-ordinate with internal traffic teams for smooth planning and execution of Indian shipments. To ensure that shipments are planned in line with contracts. N
- Seek out and maintain relationships with other functions within IXM and with our external service providers/customers. Negotiate freight and maintain freight checklists and share net backs of landed numbers for major global destinations. N
- To keep track of all relevant documentation,



such as BLs, COA, COO, Warehouse Releases etc. and ensure that regulations and formalities are adhered to. N
- Ensure all contractual notices (Nomination, shipment advice, Documents presentation, Title transfer are done well on time). N

nPricing / Hedging control & Exposure control:

- Manage pricing records, ensure pricing deposits by customers are furnished as per contractual deadlines. N
- Coordinate with purchase/sales in charge to convey customers' pricing orders to IB team in a timely manner and maintain a record. Take this over directly when Traffic in charge aren't available. N
- Review pricing exposuredaily. Ensure with Traffic in charge to issue Margin Call invoices and highlight to trader immediately if exposure is beyond agreed acceptable levels. N
