NEligibility:
NGraduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
NMinimum 2–3 years work experience in credit sales, preferably working capital in any Bank/NBFC.
NKey Responsibilities

- Source current MSME customers for business loans and working capital facilities. N
- Sell MSME banking products such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft, Working Capital Finance, Business Loans, Trade Finance, Term Loans. N
- Generate leads through field visits and market mapping. N
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and MSME clients. N
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products. N
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing. N
- Collect and verify customer documents. N
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. N
- Cross-sell liability and fee-based banking products wherever applicable. N
