NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Area Operations Executive to support our offline retail operations.
NThis role will serve as the single point of contact between Buyers, Area Incharges, Store Managers, Planning, Warehouse and Head Office teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
NYour success will depend on your ability to communicate effectively, coordinate across departments, resolve operational issues quickly and ensure stores never suffer due to delays in stock, dispatches or communication.
NKey Responsibilities
nStore Coordination




NAct as the primary point of contact for assigned Area Incharges and Store Managers.
NEnsure smooth communication between stores and Head Office.
NFollow up on store requirements until complete closure.
NResolve day-to-day operational queries or escalate them proactively.
NBuyer & Merchandise Coordination
NCoordinate closely with Buyers regarding store requirements.
NEnsure timely communication on product availability, replenishment and launches.
NTrack pending requirements and ensure follow-through.
NWarehouse & Dispatch Coordination
NCoordinate with the Warehouse team for timely dispatches.
NTrack pending dispatches and stock transfers.
NResolve dispatch-related issues with stores and warehouse.
NEnsure stores receive approved stock within timelines.
NStore Performance Support
NMonitor daily store salesand business performance.
NIdentify underperforming stores and support Area Incharges wit
