Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and photorealistic renderings for residential and commercial interior spaces and building elevations.
- Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, interior layouts, elevation designs, sketches, and mood boards.
- Produce realistic interior and exterior/elevation renders using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer.
- Interpret and work from AutoCAD floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Apply accurate materials, textures, lighting, and furnishings to achieve realistic and visually appealing presentations.
- Create multiple design options and views to support client presentations and design approvals.
- Perform post-production editing and image enhancement using Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure design intent is accurately represented.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and rendering workflows.

Preferred Candidate Profile:




- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max with advanced rendering skills in V-Ray and Corona Renderer.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and understanding architectural and interior drawings.
- Expertise in creating interior visualizations, façade designs, and building elevations.
- Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation enhancement.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects and architectural elevation visualization.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, color schemes, and architectural detailing.
- Ability to create realistic renderings that accurately communicate design concepts.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- A professional portfolio showcasing interior design visualizations and elevation projects is mandatory.
