- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. N
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. N
- Provide accurate information about products and services. N
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. N




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution. N
- Build solid relationships with customers by delivering quality service. N
- Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and service standards. N

- Freshers and candidateswith up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. N
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. N
