Job Summary
Looking for a agile and client-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, conducting initial meetings, delivering company presentations, understanding client requirements, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales and onboarding process.
The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a professional and presentable personality, and the confidence to interact with high-profile residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming client inquiries and leads.
- Schedule and conduct first meetings with prospective clients.
- Present the company's profile, services, design process, and project portfolio to clients.
- Understand client requirements, project scope, budget, and expectations.
- Maintain and update all client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Prepare meeting notes, proposals, and client communication documents.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely communication and a seamless client experience throughout the project journey.
- Track leads, inquiries,



conversions, and client interactions and provide regular reports to management.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.
- Ability to confidently engage with premium and high-net-worth clients.
- Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Residential, or Real Estate industry will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of client servicing and customer experience management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
