Job Purpose

The Procurement Partner - Lighting B2C will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing and procurement management for the Lighting Products, Power Solutions, and Lighting Accessories portfolio, ensuring product availability, supplier development, cost competitiveness, quality compliance, and profitable growth across distribution and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sourcing strategies for Lighting, Power Solutions, and Accessories categories.
- Drive supplier identification, onboarding, evaluation, and development.
- Manage OEMs, contract manufacturers, and trading partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations, annual contracts, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support new product introductions and portfolio expansion programs.
- Drive alternate source development and supply risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Business, Sales, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, inventory health,



lead times, and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality requirements, and audit standards.
- Support procurement digitization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 8–12 years of procurement, sourcing, category management, or vendor development experience.
- Exposure to Lighting, Electricals, Power Solutions, Consumer Durables, or allied industries.
- Solid negotiation, commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
