Job Description

Satyadeep Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Advocate Real Estate to handle legal documentation, title verification, compliance, and litigation support related to real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and vet Agreements for Sale, Sale Deeds, Development Agreements, MOUs, Leave & License Agreements, and other legal documents.

- Conduct title verification and property due diligence.

- Handle property registration and coordinate with Sub-Registrar offices and government authorities.

- Draft and respond to legal notices.

- Coordinate with external advocates and assist in court matters.

- Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and other statutory regulations.

- Provide legal support for land acquisition, redevelopment, and real estate transactions.





- Maintain legal records and documentation.

- Support internal teams by resolving legal queries related to projects.

Candidate Profile

- LL.B. from a recognized university.

- Valid Bar Council registration.

- 2-5 years of experience in real estate legal practice.

- Sound knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Contract Act, and Maharashtra property laws.

- Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments.
