Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for the Nashik region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time (Office Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm)
Gender: Male
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Work and Client Acquisition
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Visit clients and conduct product/service presentations
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with potential clients and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain daily sales reports and client records
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Travel within Nashik region for business meetings and field work
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 13 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Strong negotiation skills with a confident personality
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
