Key Responsibilities
- Procure LDPE scrap and recyclable plastic materials from vendors, scrap dealers, aggregators, and industries.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and procurement agreements.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the supplier network.
- Coordinate with logistics and plant teams for timely material collection and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and scrap pricing.
- Ensure procured materials meet required quality and quantity standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 -6 years of experience in LDPE/plastic scrap procurement, recycling, polymer trading, or waste management.
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills.
- Positive understanding of plastic scrap grades and recycling processes.
