Mandatory Requirements

- 710 years of overall experience
- 6+ years of hands-on AWS Solution Design & Delivery experience
- AWS Solutions Architect – Professional certification – Mandatory
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud Migration & Modernization
- Strong On-Premises Infrastructure Assessment experience
- Hands-on VMware vSphere/vCenter, ESXi & Hyper-V
- Strong Windows Server & Linux administration experience
- Strong Enterprise Networking knowledge – VLAN, Firewall, Load Balancer, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SD-WAN/MPLS
- Experience with ServiceNow / BMC Helix or similar CMDB tools
- Experience with AWS Migration Evaluator, Application Discovery Service & Migration Hub
- Solid knowledge of core AWS services – EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS
- Hands-on experience with AWS DMS / AWS MGN / DataSync
- Proficiency in Terraform / CloudFormation / CDK
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
- Experience leading end-to-end AWS migration projects
- Experience handling 100+ server migrations across multiple waves
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience presenting technical solutions/business cases to senior/C-level stakeholders
