About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment processfrom sourcing candidate profiles to coordinating interviews and managing talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Screening: Search and shortlist candidate profiles across job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social channels, and internal databases against specific role requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics and clear communication.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates during initial stages, answering basic queries and providing timely feedback to ensure a positive interview journey.
- Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data, update recruitment trackers/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and generate weekly status reports.
- Campus & Hiring Support: Assist the team with campus drives, off-campus hiring events, and employer branding activities.
- Market Research:



Gather market intelligence on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to support hiring strategy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (preferably in HR, MBA, or Business Administration).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word, Docs, PowerPoint).
- Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Prior Experience: Previous HR internship experience or familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus, but freshers with high drive are welcome to apply.
