Design, develop & validate temperature-controlled packaging solutions using Phase Change Materials (PCMs), insulation materials, and other thermal technologies
Lead product development including prototyping, testing, validation & production transfer
Required Candidate profile
BE/Btech or Mtech in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in product development, laboratory testing, or R&D;.
