- Conduct functional analysis and prepare test cases based on requirements.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to validate software functionality.
- Analyse business requirements [BRD] and prepare FRD . Conduct walkthrough ,gap analysis for change requests and recent business requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation of all communication and tasks ensuring completion ,compliance and accuracy.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely resolution of functional issues and compliance reporting requirements
