We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support coordination activities and data maintenance. The role involves close interaction with iPro's, training teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate data management.
Key Responsibilities
1: Actively support and coordinate training activities to ensure smooth and timely execution.
2: Coordinate with Sales Promoters and AM for training registrations and participant tracking.
3: Follow up with Sales Promoters to ensure completion of training surveys and collect feedback.
4:
Collect and maintain data from recent joiners for uniform distribution and company asset dispatch.
5: Manage Attendance App and Self-Audit App mapping for new joiners.
6: Maintain and update trackers using Microsoft Excel for reporting and record-keeping.
Skills & Qualifications
1: Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
2: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
5: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
