Role- Sr Java Full stack developer

Role Overview-

We are looking for a skilled Sr Java Full Stack Developer with robust hands-on experience in Java-based backend services and modern Angular frontends. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable, enterprise-grade applications, reusable frameworks, and high-quality user experiences with a solid focus on performance, robustness, and testability across the stack.

Backend Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
- Contribute to microservices-based architectures and API Gateway implementations.
- Build reusable backend components and shared libraries.
- Implement and consume RESTful APIs, integrating with MongoDB and OpenSearch for data persistence, search, and aggregation.
- Apply effective caching strategies using Redis or Hazelcast to improve performance and scalability.




- Ensure backend observability using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace.

Frontend Development

- Develop and enhance Angular(v14+) applications using best practices for modularity, maintainability, and performance.
- Build reusable UI components using Angular and Ionic frameworks.
- Manage application state using NgRx, RxJS, and modern Angular features (Signals preferred).
- Optimize frontend performance by reducing bundle size and improving rendering efficiency.
- Integrate frontend observability using Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools.

Testing & Quality

- Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests:
- Backend: JUnit, Mockito
- Frontend: Jasmine, Jest

- Follow TDD/BDD practices and ensure high code coverage and quality.
- Participate actively in code reviews and address technical debt proactively.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments in collaboration with DevOps teams.
