Job Description-
Barouliya Fragrancia Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Production Supervisor for its fragrance manufacturing unit in Wagle Estate, Thane. The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling daily production activities, inventory, dispatch, and manpower while ensuring smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor production planning and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety policies, and company procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores,
and quality departments for smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP/Tally) is preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
