Role & responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Support in driving closure for recent joiner documentation, BGV, KYC in coordination with central ops.
- Responsible for rich onboarding experience of employees , new joiner connects and hand holding.
- Drive HR interventions and create policy / process awareness.
- Manage end to end performance management cycle, PIP etc.
- Work closely in building employee relations and identify pulse.
- Employee engagement initiatives, fun at work activities for stakeholders in business and location.
- Operations like F&F;, exit management, clearances, data management Etc.
- Manage grievances and employee queries, also take initiatives to reduce queries, and enhance awareness.
- Engage with leaders and enhance connect sessions with business team members.
- Partner with business leadership on people agenda and take relevant initiatives.
- Prepare and present timely reports / analysis of various employee data.
- Stakeholder management
