Responsibilities

- Engage deeply with business stakeholders, probe to understand pressing business priorities

- Conceptualize, design & develop appropriate analytics solutions

- Develop statistical/ML models to solve problems for Collections

- Conduct deep-dive diagnostics for pressing problems and propose solutions

- Insight generation for improving Collections efficiency

- Manage analytically driven programs like Pre-Due/Post Due Strategy, Contactability Improvement

- Design and Drive creation of AI workflows to improve Collections outcomes

Qualifications

- Bachelors/Master’s degree (preferably from Tier1 Institute) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field

- 2-5 years of analytics experience in preferred but not must in Collections/ Credit Risk/Modelling

- Proficient in SQL/Python/

- Good problem solving skills, Ability to build storylines & recommendations for business stakeholder consumption i.e. Ability to “Think in Math, Speak in English”

- Analytics Solution Design & development

- Positive business acumen

- Prefer candidates with Credit Scoring/Risk Modelling/Credit Cards experience

- Hands-On AI Experience a big plus
