Job Description
Baaya Artful Spaces is looking for a Senior Manager - Design Execution to lead the translation of bespoke interior concepts into beautifully executed, site-ready outcomes.

The role sits at the intersection of design, detailing, vendor coordination, site execution, and client communication. The ideal candidate should understand luxury interiors, custom installations, material detailing, and the practical rhythm of getting design intent executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design execution for bespoke interiors, art-led spaces, installations, and custom interior elements.
- Coordinate between design teams, vendors, contractors, artisans, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, samples, and execution details.
- Manage project timelines, site progress, installation schedules, and quality checks.
- Ensure design intent is protected through execution, finishing, and handover.




- Resolve site-level design and execution challenges with practical judgement.
- Maintain documentation for drawings, approvals, vendor communication, and project updates.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination for materials, finishes, and custom elements.

Ideal Candidate

- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple moving parts.
- Has a design-sensitive eye but a robust execution-first mindset.
