Job Title:

General Manager Operations

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, transportation, distribution, inventory control, and customer service while driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall SCM and logistics operations across multiple locations.

Manage warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory control.

Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.

Monitor operational performance through MIS and data analysis.

Develop and implement SOPs and best practices.

Coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, and customer service teams.

Ensure compliance with safety,



quality, statutory, and company policies.

Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams.

Handle customer escalations and maintain solid client relationships.

Manage budgets, vendor performance, and resource planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

1218+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, 3PL, or SCM operations, including leadership experience.
