Role : Business Analyst with expertise in Excel and Macros

Exp : 5+years

Job Purpose

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in Excel and Macros to support the Operational Resilience team. You will develop automated solutions using VBA and Excel, manage complex data workflows, and serve as a key liaison between business teams and technical resources. Your strong communication skills will be essential in translating stakeholder needs into scalable automation solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex Excel models and automated solutions using VBA macros
- Design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Manage requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholder groups
- Perform testing and quality assurance on all automation deliverables




- Document technical specifications and user guides for all solutions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance and security standards
- Maintain version control and change management for all Excel-based solutions

Qualification & Core Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Robust VBA programming skills for macro development and automation
- Experience with data modeling and complex spreadsheet design
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and integration (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and departments across regional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in Investment Banking or financial services strongly preferred
