Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to support and manage projects for our healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and capable of coordinating seamlessly with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and follow up on action items.
- Track project timelines, deliverables and client requirements.
- Support presentations, proposals and routine client communication.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Preferred candidate profile
Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in client servicing,
account management, project coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have an educational background in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Healthcare.
- Have prior experience working with a healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical communications or advertising/branding agency.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
