We are looking for a Technical Manager Enterprise IT & Security who will own the reliability, security, and compliance posture of Ionic's enterprise IT environment.

You will work closely with Information Security, Compliance, HR, Legal, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure high availability, strong security controls, and audit readiness across a fast-scaling fintech setting.

Responsibilities

Identity, Access & Device Management

- Own centralized IAM across users, devices, and applications
- Implement Zero Trust and least-privilege access models
- Manage complete device lifecycle from onboarding to secure offboarding
- Eliminate orphaned access through automation and periodic reviews

Endpoint Security & Compliance

- Ensure 100% endpoint compliance across patching, encryption, EDR, and OS hardening
- Own endpoint security tooling for macOS and Windows environments
- Drive remediation of security findings and audit gaps within defined timelines

Cloud, SaaS & Application Management

- Govern enterprise SaaS portfolio, access controls, and license optimization
- Prevent Shadow IT through discovery, governance, and enforcement
- Conduct security reviews and vendor risk assessments for new applications.

IT Service Management & User Support

- Run SLA-driven IT service desk operations with measurable outcomes
- Ensure fast, secure, and consistent employee onboarding and offboarding
- Act as final escalation point for complex IT and infrastructure issues

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

- Own enterprise network infrastructure across offices and remote workforce
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, WAN links, switches, and wireless networks




- Ensure uptime, redundancy, monitoring, and capacity planning
- Manage enterprise office IT infrastructure including switches, wireless access points, firewalls, conference room systems, structured cabling, and network racks
- Own lifecycle management, standardization, monitoring, and maintenance of office IT and network equipment across locations
- Ensure office infrastructure readiness for business continuity, scalability, and secure operations across all workplaces
- Administer and optimize secure access platforms such as Zscaler for web security, ZTNA, traffic inspection, and policy enforcement
- Ensure secure segmentation, network monitoring, redundancy, and high availability across office and remote environments
- Manage ISP connectivity, bandwidth optimization, and enterprise-grade network troubleshooting

Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)

- Own and manage EDR/XDR platforms including policy management, threat detection, incident response, and endpoint remediation
- Drive proactive monitoring and containment of security threats across Windows and macOS environments
- Ensure endpoint telemetry, threat intelligence integration, and security alert management are operational and audit-ready

Requirements

- Have 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT and security
- Have independently owned IAM, endpoint security, and audit compliance
- Think business-first while maintaining a strong security mindset
- Execute through documentation, SOPs, and repeatable systems
