We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with solid expertise in payroll configuration, Employee Central integration, and payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SF ECP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes
- Integrate Employee Central (EC) with ECP
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing including gross-to-net calculations
- Work on payroll control center (PCC) and validation checks
- Manage payroll-related interfaces and integrations (CPI, APIs, middleware)
- Support payroll year-end activities, statutory compliance, and reporting
- Perform testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and issue resolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams for requirements gathering
- Provide production support and troubleshoot payroll issues
