We are hiring for senior accounts role in one of the 40+ yrs old organization which is into Luxuries gems & Jewelry & Watches .

Location - Fort (Ballard Estate)

Preferred - Male candidate only

Overview of Role:

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible to maintain invoices pertaining to sale and purchase of goods. The individual will report to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing sales invoices in Tally and company software
- Preparing delivery challan for goods delivered
- Preparing transfer purchase vouchers and transfer sale vouchers
- Booking expense journal against sales promotion and free gifts
- Booking credit note for sales return
- Checking jewellery display stock & repaired items on daily basis
- Maintaining and updating stock record on a daily basis
- Preparing branch ledger reconciliation
- Preparing packing list for export invoice

Prerequisites:

- Graduate with a minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Sales invoicing)
- Proficiency in Tally
- Positive typing speed and accuracy
- Hardworking and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented and enthusiastic
- Reliability and stability
