About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven track record of selling Employee Health Benefits, Group Health Insurance, Corporate Wellness, OPD, Preventive Healthcare, and Employee Benefits solutions to large enterprises across India.
This is a strategic hunter role responsible for owning the complete enterprise sales lifecycle , developing new business, building CXO relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across the West Region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and surrounding markets).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise B2B sales for Employee Benefits and Health Insurance solutions.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and enterprise account acquisition.
- Sell consultatively to senior HR and business stakeholders,



understanding workforce and benefits challenges.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
- Personally close strategic enterprise opportunities rather than handing deals to the team.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across target accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and business growth.
- Expand business across large enterprises and mid-market organizations throughout the West region.

Mandatory Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience.
- Minimum 5+ years selling Employee Health Benefits, Group Health Insurance, Corporate Wellness, OPD, Preventive Healthcare, TPA solutions, Healthcare Insurance, or Employee Benefits platforms .
