NWhile product, pricing, and operations create the foundation, corporate sales is the most controllable and scalable demand engine.
NEach hotel needs a strongsales engine that ensures:

- Consistent inflowof qualified corporate leads N
- Strong pipeline across different deal stages N
- High conversion from meetings to closures N
- Repeat business and long-term corporate relationships N

nThis role exists to ensure that corporate demand is actively built, converted, and sustained.
NIf this role is solid, hotels see predictable occupancy and stable revenue. If this role is weak, demand becomes volatile, pipelines dry up, and revenue becomes dependent on external channels.

- Drive meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures N
- Position and pitch Z Hotels effectively to corporate clients N
- Ensure deals move across stages without getting stuck N
- Convert relationships into repeat and growing business N
