Job DescriptionThe Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and maintenance of critical infrastructure within the AdaniConneX Data Center. The role focuses on maintaining high availability, reliability, and efficiency of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems while ensuring SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

- 6 - 10 years of experience in Data Center / Critical Infrastructure Operations N

- Manage end-to-endoperations of electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, and power distribution units (PDUs) N
- Oversee mechanical systems such as chillers, pumps, and HVAC to ensure optimal performance and efficiency N
- Ensure uptime and proper functioning of DG sets, fuel systems, and firefighting systems N
- Compliance & Governance: N
- Ensure adherence to ISOstandards, safety norms, and SLA commitments N
- Maintain documentation,audits, and compliance reporting N
- Shift Management: N
- Lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring smooth handovers and operational continuity N
- Monitor control room activities and respond to incidents proactively N
- Incident & Performance Management: N
- Handle incident reporting, RCA, and resolution within defined timelines N
- Drive initiatives to improve uptime and reduce downtime N
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: N
- Manage vendors for maintenance, contracts, and service delivery N
