NWe are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (Post-Sales) who will be the single point of contact for our customers after the sales closure, ensuring a smooth and satisfying journey until project completion and handover.
Responsibilities N

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project confirmation. N
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally. N
- Coordinate with Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Site Execution, Accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolutions. N
- Keep customers informedabout project progress through regular updates. N
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and review sessions. N
- Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up. N
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history. N
- Escalate critical issues to management when required. N




- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. N
- Collect customer feedback and support post-handover relationship management. N

Requirementsn
- n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Client Servicing, CRM, or Project Coordination. N
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or a similar industry is mandatory. N
- Excellent communicationskills in English and Malayalam. N
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills. N
- Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate across departments. N
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. N
