NPosition Summary:
NThe Medical & pharmaceutical Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for primarily
Ndeveloping and expanding the organization's India Medical & pharmaceutical customer base
Nthrough increased penetration within both new and existing customers.
NThe Medical & pharmaceutical BDM's main objective is to continually grow the organization's
Nbusiness in the Medical &pharmaceutical; industry within India. New customer development
Nshould be considered the single most key element of the BDM's area of responsibility.
NThe Medical & pharmaceutical BDM will support the organization relative to the execution of sales
Nobjectives established annually by the organization's management team. Roles of the BDM position
Nwill include: developing and implementing an industry approach strategy, identifying industry
Ntarget customers,



directly engaging these customers to review and quote solutions to their
Nrequirements, providing input into the product development groups, and working closely with the
Norganization's Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Support teams to ensure revenue and new
Ncustomer development objectives are met.
