NPosition Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager with expertise in metal fabrication operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities,



ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and leading shop floor operations.
NKey Responsibilities

- Manage complete production operations for aluminium truss manufacturing

- Plan and execute daily,weekly, and monthly production schedules
N
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatches
N
- Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and inspection processes
N
- Monitor production quality and implement quality control standards
N
- Optimize manpower utilization and production efficiency
N
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Design, and Dispatch departments
N
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and MIS documentation
N
- Reduce wastage, downtime, and production delays through process improvements
N
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and factory discipline
N
- Handle machine maintenance
