NAbout the Role
nO.P. Jindal Global University is looking for a skilled and proactive Audio Visual Technician to support the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Audio Visual systems across the campus. The role involves ensuring seamless AV support for classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, seminars, webinars, and university events while delivering an excellent user experience for faculty, staff, students, and guests.
NKey Responsibilities
nAV Operations and Technical Support

- Install, configure, operate, and maintain Audio Visual equipment across classrooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, and event venues. N
- Set up and test projectors, LED displays, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, mixers, cameras, podium systems, and video conferencing equipment before events and classes. N
- Provide on site technical support during lectures, conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops, and university events. N




- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to AV systems. N
- Ensure all AV systems are fully functional before scheduled sessions. N

- Configure and support virtual meetings using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, and similar platforms. N
- Assist faculty and staff with virtual classrooms, hybrid learning sessions, and online events. N
- Monitor audio and videoquality during live sessions and resolve issues promptly. N

nEquipment Maintenance

- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and testing of AV equipment. N
- Maintain inventory of AV equipment, accessories, cables, adapters, and spare parts. N
- Report equipment failures and coordinate repairs or replacements when required. N
- Ensure AV equipment is stored, handled, and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines. N
