We are looking for a highly driven professional to join our Debt Syndication team. The role offers an prospect to independently originate, structure, negotiate, and execute debt transactions while working closely with promoters, CXOs, banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, and institutional lenders.

You will be responsible for managing the entire transaction lifecyclefrom deal origination to financial closureand play a key role in building long-term relationships across the lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end debt syndication transactions, including deal origination, financial analysis, structuring, lender outreach, negotiations, documentation, execution, and successful financial closure.
- Independently manage debt transactions of 50 Crore and above across multiple sectors.
- Source new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline through client acquisition, referrals, and market networking.
- Structure financing solutions, including:
- Working Capital Finance
- Term Loans
- Project Finance
- Structured Finance
- Acquisition Finance
- Promoter Funding
- Refinancing

- Prepare financial models, credit notes, Information Memorandums (IMs), lender presentations, and transaction documents.
- Liaise and negotiate with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Private Credit Funds, AIFs, and other lending partners.
- Drive due diligence, documentation, sanction, disbursement, and deal closure while coordinating with legal, technical, and valuation advisors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CFOs, HNI/UHNI clients, bankers, investors, and other key stakeholders.




- Continuously monitor market trends, lending policies, and financing opportunities to deliver the best funding solutions to clients.

Eligibility

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent qualification.
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Debt Syndication, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Structured Finance, or Credit.
- Proven experience in independently handling deals of 50 Crore+ from origination through execution and closure.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis skills.
- Excellent understanding of debt markets, banking products, and financing structures.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate commercial terms with lenders.
- Excellent client management, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously.
