We are seeking a seasoned SAP Business One Functional Consultant with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle SAP B1 implementations, providing expert-level support, and mapping client business processes to SAP B1 functionality. You will work directly with clients to optimize their operations, customize systems, and provide high-quality training and support.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Implementation Leadership: Lead full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects (including Requirement Gathering, Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Post-implementation support).
- Business Analysis & Mapping: Analyze client business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance) and translate them into SAP B1 configurations and functional requirements.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure core SAP B1 modules, including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and MRP, tailored to user requirements.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration from legacy systems to SAP B1 using Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain Crystal Reports, MS SQL views,



and SAP B1 dashboards.
- Add-on Management: Configure and support SAP B1 Add-ons, including B1UP (Boyum) and other industry-specific solutions.
- Training & Support: Conduct end-user training, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide ongoing L2/L3 support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in SAP Business One Functional Consulting.
- Full Cycle Projects: Proven experience in at least 23 end-to-end SAP B1 implementations.
- Technical Proficiencies: Solid knowledge of SQL queries, SAP HANA (preferred), and Crystal Reports.
- Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.

Good to Have

- SAP Business One Certification (HANA or SQL).
- Knowledge of SAP B1 Software Development Kit (SDK) or Service Layer APIs.
- Accounting background (knowledge of how documents affect General Ledger).
