Position : Customer Service Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused English-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist in handling resident inquiries, lease-related documentation, and maintenance requests for our residential properties. This role is vital in ensuring tenant satisfaction through prompt communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Respond to general property inquiries and provide accurate, policy-aligned information of Leasing to applicants, take applicant details
- Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up and resident satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and consistently about rent payments, Rent due dates and payment portals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions, issues, and requests.
- Collaborate closely with property managers, leasing teams, Maintenance / Workorder Team
- Support marketing, communication, and resident engagement activities.
- Participate in special tasks or projects requiring English language support.





Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in property management or a similar field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (experience with Yardi, Outlook, or similar is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
