Job Title - Accounts & Taxation Executive

Job Location - Malad West, Mumbai

Job Summary - We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Executive to handle accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and liaisoning activities with government departments and external agencies. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting processes, GST, TDS, statutory filings, and coordination with consultants and authorities.

Key Responsibilities -

- Handling day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Preparation of vouchers, invoices, payment entries, and reconciliation statements.
- Managing GST, TDS, PTRC/PT, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Preparation and filing coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
- Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support.
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.




- Liaisoning with government departments, banks, and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Maintaining proper records and documentation related to accounts and taxation.
- Assisting in MIS reports and financial data preparation.
- Ensuring timely compliance as per company and legal requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Taxation.
- Experience in liaisoning and coordination with government departments and external agencies.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle deadlines effectively.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Additional qualification in Taxation or Accounting will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Taxation.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
