Role & responsibilities

- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Talent Acquisition Coordination & Candidate Management
- SAP Procurement & Vendor Management Support
- HR Analytics, Dashboards & Workforce Reporting
- Employee Query Resolution & Service Delivery
- Leadership Reporting & HR Communications
- Employee Engagement & Wellness Programs
- Workday, SAP, ServiceNow & Access Management

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months -1 year of relevant work experience in HR or a related field.
- Experience with SAP, Workday and Servicenow is an add on.
