Job Title: Software Developer - Flutter

Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point)

Experience: 1-5 years

Role Summary:- The Software Developer – Flutter is responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, integrating RESTful APIs, ensuring application performance and code quality, and supporting the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment. The developer also contributes to application architecture, resolves technical issues, conducts code reviews, and mentors junior developers while following best development practices and using tools like Git.

Key Responsibilities:-

Designing & building applications for IOS & Android platform using Flutter

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Programming

Deep knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart language.

Expertise with Flutter state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod and Redux.

Proficiency in mobile application architectures such as MVVM, BLoC, and Clean Architecture.

Strong experience optimizing mobile applications for performance, including memory management, threading, and asynchronous programming.

Experience integrating Flutter apps with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and other backend services.

Ability to implement responsive and adaptive user interfaces using Flutter widgets that work across various screen sizes and orientations.

Strong knowledge of Android and Flutter SDK, different versions of Android and Flutter, and how to deal with different screen sizes Required Skills & Competencies:-

Dart,Flutter framework.

MVC, MVVM, MVP knowledge is required.

Strong REST/SOAP Api,



GraphQL is a bonus.

Knowledge of git is mandatory.

It will be an advantage if you know Firebase, GraphQL, Socket.io and Payment Gateway Integration.

Android/iOS native development will be an added advantage.

Nice to Have:-

Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment for mobile applications.

Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, and Push Notifications.

Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design.

Experience in unit testing, widget testing, and performance optimization in Flutter apps.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Experience with app publishing and maintenance on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications & Experience:-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in mobile application development with robust expertise in Flutter and Dart.

Proven experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile app architecture, and third-party integrations.

Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.

Knowledge of application performance optimization, debugging, and testing.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor junior developers.
