- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Identify customer requirements and promote products/services.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM (preferred).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
